The SEVRA ECOs HEAT Monobloc is a unit in which the indoor and outdoor units are combined into a single unit. There is therefore no need for refrigerant pipework. The Monobloc unit located outside is only connected by water pipes. In addition, additional components on the water side, such as the plate heat exchanger, expansion vessel and water pump are contained in a single housing.

A programme aimed at owners or co-owners of single-family residential buildings, or separate residential units in single-family buildings with a separate land register.

SCOPE OF SUPPORT

Subsidising the replacement of old and inefficient solid fuel heat sources with modern heat sources meeting the highest standards, and carrying out the necessary thermal modernisation work on the building.

GRANT AMOUNT

The grant can be up to £30,000 for the basic level of funding and £37,000 for the increased level of funding.
