In the SEVRA ECOs HEAT Split heat pump, two separate units: the indoor and outdoor units are connected to each other by a refrigerant system. Key components such as the heat exchanger, expansion vessel and water pump are located in the indoor unit. In addition, the risk of water freezing is minimised by locating all water pipes responsible for heating inside the building.

R32 REFRIGERANT

Refrigerant R32

ECOLOGICAL

The refrigerant R32 has a very low GWP of 675. Compared to R410A, which has a GWP of 2088, R32 has a relatively low environmental impact – its global warming impact is up to three times lower. In addition, unlike R410A, R32 is a homogeneous (single-component) refrigerant and can therefore be recycled. All SEVRA heat pumps operate with the latest environmentally friendly refrigerant R32, which, compared to the commonly used refrigerant R410A to date, has greater efficiency and a lower greenhouse effect coefficient. It also does not damage the ozone layer.

HIGH EFFICIENCY

Due to its thermodynamic properties, R32 refrigerant is more efficient than R410A. The installation requires less refrigerant. In addition, R32 increases the energy efficiency of the unit by up to 10%

The R32 refrigerant is characterised by low toxicity, thus guaranteeing a high degree of operational safety.

Receive a grant under the Clean Air Programme

The Clean Air Programme – a nationwide programme of financial support for the replacement of heat sources. A programme for owners and co-owners of single-family houses offering subsidies for heat source replacement and thermal modernisation works. The aim of the programme is to improve air quality and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by replacing heat sources and improving the energy efficiency of single-family dwellings

A programme aimed at owners or co-owners of single-family residential buildings, or separate residential units in single-family buildings with a separate land register.

SCOPE OF SUPPORT

Subsidising the replacement of old and inefficient solid fuel heat sources with modern heat sources meeting the highest standards, and carrying out the necessary thermal modernisation work on the building.

GRANT AMOUNT

The grant can be up to £30,000 for the basic level of funding and £37,000 for the increased level of funding.
